Yes. Our maintenance team is here Monday through Friday until 4:30 PM, with on-call emergency service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You’re close to everything Ithaca has to offer. For dining and coffee, you’ve got Sumo Japanese, Olé Olé Ithaca, Ithaca Bakery, Ithaca Coffee Company, and Gimme! Coffee nearby. Everyday shopping is easy with the Cayuga Shopping Center, Triphammer Marketplace, Target, and Walmart close by. For recreation, the Regal Ithaca Mall, Cinemapolis, Cascadilla Gorge Trail, Cornell Botanic Gardens, and Triphammer Falls are all right around the corner.
